Appointments
Appointments can be made by contacting our rooms by phone or through the online booking system. Please advise reception if:
- You are a new patient
- You have been referred for a specific procedure
- You require urgent care
- You may need extra time due to complex concerns
Referrals
A referral from your GP or another specialist is recommended to ensure coordinated care.
If you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a valid referral at the time of your appointment. Referrals are typically valid for:
- 12 months from a GP
- 3 months from another specialist

What to Bring
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- Your referral letter (if not already sent)
- Medicare card and private health insurance details (if applicable)
- Any relevant test results, imaging, or reports
- A list of your current medications
- Comfortable clothing as you may require an examination or procedure

Your first consultation will usually involve:
- Discussion of your symptoms and medical history
- Review of previous investigations
- Examination (if required and with your consent)
- Discussion of diagnosis and treatment options
- Planning of further investigations or procedures if needed

Fees and Payments
Consultation and procedure fees vary depending on the complexity of care provided.
Information about fees is available on the Fees page. Our reception team can also provide estimates prior to your appointment or procedure.
Payment is generally required on the day of consultation unless otherwise arranged.
Medicare rebates (where applicable) can usually be processed electronically after your appointment.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another patient.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee.
